Should you only use these while looking at a computer screen of some kind or can you just wear them 24/7?

Just trying to see if these are glasses that can just be worn all the time (with or without prescription) or if they should really only be worn while looking at a screen like a PC.

We recommend wearing them all the time. Your computer screen is not the only harmful blue light you experience throughout the day. Our glasses are made with all-day comfort in mind while not labeling you a "gamer" from across the room.
